PROCEDURES
OUR PROCESS
1. TOW IN / WALK IN
In the event of an accident, call us directly to arrange a tow or appointment for drop off. We also have an online scheduling option, as well.
2. INITIAL ESTIMATE
A trained estimator will provide a preliminary visual estimate based off of the visible damage. They will also answer any questions and/or concerns you may have regarding the process.
3. DISASSEMBLY
Our certified technicians will complete a detailed teardown of your vehicle to allow for an accurate estimate of all damaged areas.
4. INSURANCE
Our staff will be in constant contact with your insurance to ensure that all damages are accounted for and included in the repair claim.
5. REPAIR
Trained technicians will repair all body and mechanical aspects of your vehicle while your assigned estimator provides you with timely updates.
6. PAINT
New and/or repaired panels are all properly prepped, paint matched, and painted with PPG Envirobase paint. Before the vehicle leaves paint, it is given a thorough inspection by our painters.
7. REASSEMBLY
Once all necessary repairs are completed, they will reassemble your vehicle to factory standards. As this happens, quality checks are constantly being done.
8. WASH AND DETAIL
Our detailing team will polish any newly painted panels before the vehicle is given a complete wash and clean, inside and out.
9. QUALITY CONTROL
Your vehicle now goes through one final inspection conducted by the production manager. This includes a test drive for safety, any necessary software updates, and an in-depth examination of all repairs done and panels painted.
10. DELIVERY
When you arrive, your estimator will conduct a walkthrough of your vehicle with you to make sure all questions are answered and to ensure that the repairs exceed your expectations.
